Nelson Bay is home to some of the east coast’s most beautiful beaches and picturesque marinas – brimming with native marine and wildlife, unperturbed coastal forestry and plenty of activities and sights to see that’ll suit any holidaymakers needs.
Some of the popular points of interest include the Nelson Head Heritage Lighthouse and Reserve, Tomaree Head, Gan-Gan Lookout and Fly Point.
There are plenty of boat tours on offer, whale and dolphin watching, scuba/snorkeling hire for those with a sense of underwater adventure, as well as wildlife tours and family-friendly recreational activities such as Splash Water Park and Toboggan Hill Park.
